Refund policy

We are confident you will love your new smile. If you are not satisfied with your results, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Advanced Teeth Whitening Kits, within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a refund:

• Email our customer service team at contact@smileproworldwide.com within 30 days of receiving your order and describe the issue.
• Return all items received in your Kit, including the LED light and used pens.
• Provide a valid return tracking number.

Please note:

• Partial returns are not accepted.
• Refunds apply only to your first purchase, not to subsequent or subscription orders.
• Return shipping costs are not covered by SmilePro.
• If your Advanced Kit was part of a bundle, only the value of the Advanced Kit will be refunded. Other products in the bundle are not eligible for return or refund.

Your right to cancel

If you live in the UK or the EU, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email contact@smileproworldwide.com with your order number. You then have 14 days to send the items back.

We'll refund the price you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the items back or of you giving us proof that you've sent them, whichever is sooner. You pay the cost of returning the items. If an item has been handled more than needed to check it, for example used, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.

Items that can't be returned once opened. For health and hygiene reasons, whitening pens and gel, whitening strips, toothpaste and brush heads can't be returned under this right once their seal or packaging has been opened. Unopened items can be returned as above. This doesn't affect your rights if an item is faulty.

We process refunds within 3 business days of the return arriving. Your bank may then take up to 7 business days to show the refund. A confirmation email will be sent once processed.
